Smoked Salmon with Peas “La Huerta” salad
Directions
Heat up La Huerta Peas in the microwave oven.
Cut the lettuce of your preference.
In a small bowl mix the dressing with the chopped dill, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper
In a large bowl place the lettuce, peas and smocked salmon.
Serve with the dill dressing.
