Strawberry Buñuelo

In a pan heat the oil and fry the flour tortillas until crunchy. Remove and place on absorbent paper towels. Sprinkle on both sides with sugar and cinnamon.

Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon rind.

Serve few strawberries on each “Buñuelo” and drizzle with the sweet sauce. Decorate with mint leaves.
