Stew beef with Spring Blend
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the sausage and onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the beef and season with salt and pepper, cook until meat is lightly browned.
Add red wine and reduce almost completely.
Add tomato puree, our La Huerta Combinado Primavera, the aromatic herbs and season.
Cook until boiling. Serve.
