Instructions

Thaw corn in the microwave.

In a medium bowl, mix chopped fish, onions, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until fish is fully cooked with lemon.

Add the corn, cilantro, serrano chile and season with salt and pepper.

Serve chilled.

Serve with tortilla chips or toast.
