Freeze Corn Beans following the package instructions

Thaw Poblano Rajas following package instructions

In a saucepan with water, boil tomatillo, jalapeño, onion, garlic, and salt.

Blend together with Rajas Poblanos.

In another saucepan, boil the chicken broth, add the sauce and simmer

Add the corn beans and the shredded chicken, cook for 3-5 minutes to boil and season with salt and pepper.

Coriander, red onion, lettuce, lemon and toast are used to garnish when serving.
