Mango is a delicious fruit that you can enjoy in different presentations. Here are two refreshing and healthy snacks for you to enjoy to the fullest.

*Mango Ice Cream 

You will need:

  • 1 ½ cup of frozen La Huerta mango
  • ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 2 mint leaves
  • Natural sweetener to taste (1 packet recommended)

Preparation:

  • Blend all ingredients and if you want a firmer consistency, put it in the fridge.

*Chia Pudding with Mango


You will need:

  • 1 cup of thawed La Huerta mango
  • 4 tablespoons of chia
  • 11 cup of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 1 packet of natural sweetener


Preparation:

  1. In a container, let the chia hydrate with the milk overnight or at least 4 hours.
  2. Once the chia is hydrated, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
