Strawberry is a fruit that, besides being delicious, is very versatile and provides several benefits. That's why we want to share 2 options of healthy and super easy snacks and/or dishes where you can add some delicious strawberries for a special touch. You'll love them!

Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of La Huerta strawberries
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or natural sweetener to taste

Preparation:

  1. Simply blend everything and enjoy!

*Chia Pudding with Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of La Huerta strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons of chia
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of natural sweetener

Preparation:

Leave the chia hydrating with the oats and milk overnight.

  1. When serving, add the sliced strawberries, cocoa, and sweetener.
  2. Mix well, and enjoy!
