Green juice (drink half before lunch)

  • 1 portion of La Huerta Green Juice

Egg burritos with vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for cooking
  • 1 cup of vegetables (tomato + La Huerta mushrooms + La Huerta spinach)
  • 4 egg whites (or 1 whole egg + 1 white)
  • 3 nopal tortillas or 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 slice of avocado for each burrito
  • Homemade non-irritating salsa

SNACK 1

  • 1 cup of La Huerta strawberries (defrosted) + 2 tablespoons of natural amaranth + 10 almonds

LUNCH

  • Teriyaki style Oriental Mix
  • 100g of chicken in strips
  • 1 cup of La Huerta Oriental Mix (defrosted)
  • ¾ cup of La Huerta Campesina Rice
  • 1/4 cup of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce for marinating
  • Black sesame seeds to taste

*Preparation:

  1. Season and cook the chicken with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the vegetables, sauce, and chickpeas.
  3. Mix with the previously cooked rice and finish by adding the sesame seeds.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

SNACK 2

1 cup of pineapple + 10 almonds or walnuts

DINNER

Vegetables with cheese and turkey breast ham 
  • 1 ½ cup of La Huerta Oriental Mix (defrosted)
  • 2 slices of panela cheese in cubes + 2 slices of turkey breast ham in small squares
  • 3 slices of avocado in cubes

*(Mix)

  • Accompany with 2 nopal tostadas
  • Homemade non-irritating salsa 

Suggestion: You can bake the vegetables with the cheese and ham.

Accompany with Golden Milk:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • Natural sweetener to taste or 1 teaspoon of honey

*Heat the milk and add all the ingredients
