BREAKFAST

Bionico:

  • 1 ¼ cup of La Huerta Mango and Strawberries (Defrosted)
  • 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 6 tablespoons of oatmeal or natural amaranth
  • 7 almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 5 tablespoons of natural Greek yogurt
  • Cinnamon to taste

*Mix everything and enjoy.

  • Green tea

SNACK 1

  • 1 cup of La Huerta Orchard Fruits with lemon and salt + 2 tablespoons of shelled pumpkin seeds

LUNCH

Gohan-style rice with chicken or shrimp

  • ¾ cup La Huerta Farmer's Rice
  • ½ cup La Huerta Kale or Spinach
  • 8 small cooked shrimp or 110g chicken strips
  • 4 slices of cubed avocado
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

*(mix everything)

  • Soy sauce (optional)
  • Dessert: 1 cup of light gelatin
  • Tea

*Lemon or hibiscus water

SNACK 2

  • 1 cup of pineapple + 2 tablespoons shredded coconut or shelled pumpkin seeds

DINNER

  • Smoothie: 1 cup of almond milk + 1/2 cup of papaya

Quesadillas:

  • 2 nopal tortillas
  • 2 thin slices of panela cheese for each
  • 2 slices of avocado for each
  • 1/2 cup La Huerta nopales with pico de gallo to taste
  • Non-irritating homemade salsa
