BREAKFAST

Mushroom and spinach stuffed omelette

  • 1 whole egg + 1 egg white

Fill with:

  • One thin slice of panela cheese
  • ¼ cup La Huerta Mushrooms
  • ¼ cup La Huerta Spinach
  • ¼ cup chopped tomato
  • 2 teaspoons chopped onion
  • Chopped serrano pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking
  • Homemade salsa to taste
  • Accompany with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread or 2 baked tostadas or 3 nopal tostadas

*It is recommended to cook the vegetables first with salt and pepper and then add to the omelette to fill it with cheese.

Dessert: 1 fruit


SNACK 1

Smoothie: 

  • ½ cup La Huerta Strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Natural sweetener to taste
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

LUNCH

  • Beef stew with strips and mushrooms
  • Medium beef steak in pieces (110g)
  • 1/2 cup La Huerta Strips + ½ cup La Huerta Mushrooms
    • *Mix and cook with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ¾ cup La Huerta Farmer's Rice
  • 4 slices of avocado
  • Accompany with lettuce to taste (you can add lemon or juice from half an orange for vinaigrette)

Dessert:

  • 1 cup of light gelatin (optional)
  • Tea or a glass of warm water

SNACK 2

  • 1 ½ cup of jicama with cucumber + lemon to taste + 5 almonds or Japanese peanuts

DINNER 

Cereal:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ¾ cup of whole-grain cereal
  • ½ cup La Huerta Strawberries (defrosted) + ½ green apple
  • 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds
  • Cinnamon to taste

Cinnamon tea
