BREAKFAST

Healthy chilaquiles

  • 2 nopal tostadas in pieces
  • 1 egg or 3 egg whites
  • ½ cup of La Huerta mushrooms
  • ½ chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for cooking
    • *First sauté the mushrooms with the tomato, then add the tostadas and the egg.
    • Season to taste and mix until the egg is well cooked.

Serve with

  • 1 teaspoon of cream
  • 1 slice of crumbled fresh cheese
  • Red or green salsa

Dessert: 1 orange

SNACK 1:

  • 1 green apple halved + 1 teaspoon of almond or peanut butter on each half

LUNCH

Beef taquitos with nopales

  • 3 nopal tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons of beef for each taquito
  • Serve with La Huerta nopales to taste

Guacamole: 4 slices of avocado + pico de gallo to taste

*Lemon water

Dessert: 1 cup of light gelatin + 1/2 cup of La Huerta mango

SNACK 2: 

  • 1 cup of mango + 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt + 5 almonds or 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut

DINNER

Tuna tostadas

  • 2 nopal tostadas
  • 1 pouch of tuna in water
  • 1 cup of La Huerta Oriental mix (Previously defrosted)
  • 4 slices of avocado in cubes
  • Lemon to taste
  • *Mix and serve with the tostadas
