A delicious cream soup is always welcome to accompany your dishes. In this case, we share the recipe for a Mushroom Cream Soup that, besides being delicious, is super easy and quick to prepare.

You will need:
- 1 bag of La Huerta Sliced Mushrooms (previously thawed)
- 1 teaspoon of butter or olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 cups of low-fat milk
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In a hot pan, add the butter and as soon as it melts, add the onion and garlic until they become translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and cornstarch, cook for 3 more minutes.
- Pour the previous mixture into a blender, add the milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste, and blend.
- Pour the cream back into the pan, stir until it thickens, and it will be ready once it comes to a boil.
- Serve and enjoy!
