Enjoy this delicious and refreshing vegetarian ceviche with our La Huerta vegetables. In addition to being easy and quick to prepare, it is super healthy and delicious. Serve it with your favorite accompaniments!


You will need: 

  • 1 ½ cups La Huerta vegetable garnish, previously thawed
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup diced tomato
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup diced avocado
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Simply mix everything in a bowl, let marinate for 15-20 minutes, serve, and enjoy.
