Chicken and Poblano pepper tacos
Directions
Cook skinless, boneless chicken breasts and shred. In a hot pan heat 2 tbsp. of oil, sauté onion, mix in chopped tomato and La Huerta Poblano Pepper Strips. Cook for 5 minutes
Add shredded chicken to the mixture, season with salt and pepper.
Form tacos with the chicken filling and fry in oil until golden. Cut each taco in half and serve.
