Blend La Huerta Mango with sugar and water. Heat the mix over medium heat until the point of boiling. Remove from heat.

Hydrate gelatin with 6 tbsp. of water.

Heat up the gelatin in “Bain Marie” until it is completely dissolved. Add gelatin to the mango mix and mix until perfectly homogeneous.

While still warm and with the help of a hand mixer, add the icecream to the mango mix little by little, until a little warm.
