California Vegetable Blend with Rottini

Instructions

Thaw "La Huerta" California Blend in the microwave.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Cut chicken into cubes of 2 cm. and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the chicken until throughly cooked.

Blend the tomatoes with dehydrated cream, milk and basil leaves.

In a medium skillet, saute onion, add the blended sauce and season with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cook for 4 min.

Add the California Blend "La Huerta", chicken and pasta, mix and cook for 2 min.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes.

Serve with Parmesan cheese You can replace the chicken with shrimp.
