You need:
- 1 cup of previously thawed organic La Huerta beets
- 2 cups of spinach or lettuce mix
- ¼ cup of walnuts
- 3 slices of cubed panela cheese or 30g of goat cheese
For the vinaigrette:
- 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice of half an orange
- Salt and pepper to taste
