*Mango Ice Cream
You will need:
- 1 ½ cup of frozen La Huerta mango
- ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 2 mint leaves
- Natural sweetener to taste (1 packet recommended)
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients and if you want a firmer consistency, put it in the fridge.
*Chia Pudding with Mango
You will need:
- 1 cup of thawed La Huerta mango
- 4 tablespoons of chia
- 11 cup of coconut or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
- 1 packet of natural sweetener
Preparation:
- In a container, let the chia hydrate with the milk overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Once the chia is hydrated, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy!
