Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of La Huerta strawberries
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of chia
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 tablespoon of honey or natural sweetener to taste
Preparation:
- Simply blend everything and enjoy!
*Chia Pudding with Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of La Huerta strawberries
- 4 tablespoons of chia
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1 packet of natural sweetener
Preparation:
Leave the chia hydrating with the oats and milk overnight.
- When serving, add the sliced strawberries, cocoa, and sweetener.
- Mix well, and enjoy!
