BREAKFAST
Mushroom and spinach stuffed omelette
- 1 whole egg + 1 egg white
Fill with:
- One thin slice of panela cheese
- ¼ cup La Huerta Mushrooms
- ¼ cup La Huerta Spinach
- ¼ cup chopped tomato
- 2 teaspoons chopped onion
- Chopped serrano pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking
- Homemade salsa to taste
- Accompany with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread or 2 baked tostadas or 3 nopal tostadas
*It is recommended to cook the vegetables first with salt and pepper and then add to the omelette to fill it with cheese.
Dessert: 1 fruit
SNACK 1
Smoothie:
- ½ cup La Huerta Strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Natural sweetener to taste
- Ground cinnamon to taste
LUNCH
- Beef stew with strips and mushrooms
- Medium beef steak in pieces (110g)

1/2 cup La Huerta Strips + ½ cup La Huerta Mushrooms
- *Mix and cook with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ¾ cup La Huerta Farmer's Rice
- 4 slices of avocado
- Accompany with lettuce to taste (you can add lemon or juice from half an orange for vinaigrette)
Dessert:
- 1 cup of light gelatin (optional)
- Tea or a glass of warm water
SNACK 2
- 1 ½ cup of jicama with cucumber + lemon to taste + 5 almonds or Japanese peanuts
DINNER
Cereal:
- 1 cup of almond milk
- ¾ cup of whole-grain cereal
- ½ cup La Huerta Strawberries (defrosted) + ½ green apple
- 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds
- Cinnamon to taste
