Grilled Steak Pepito and Veggie Guacamole

Add oil to a grill or grill pan, cook the beef fajitas previously seasoned with salt and pepper until desired doneness. Set aside.

In a bowl, mash the avocados to form a puree, add the Juliana Mix, onion, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Mix well and set aside.

Split the bolillo or baguette in half with the help of a knife.

On the bottom half, spread the refried beans, place the beef fajitas on top, followed by the veggie guacamole, and spread mayonnaise on the top half.
