Heat butter in a skillet, sauté 250g of the Julienne Mix with the onion, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Blend the thawed Julienne Mix with cream cheese, milk, and chicken broth.

Pour the cream into a saucepan and cook until boiling, season with salt and pepper.

Place some of the sautéed Julienne Mix in the center of a soup plate, serve the cream, and garnish with some cheese-flavored ruffled potato chips.
