Instructions

Place the fish slices on a platter (avoid stacking) and add the juice of 2 lemons; let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Remove the fish from the refrigerator, cover with the Poblano Aguachile until it covers the fish slices, add the corn kernels, red onion, olive oil, and garnish with cilantro leaves.
