Fish with Mango Habanero Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, excluding the fish fillets, piquín chili, olive oil, and season with a little salt and pepper. Set aside.

Season the fish fillets with the piquín chili and cook them in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes per side with the olive oil.

Once cooked, serve with the mango and habanero sauce.
