Bring water and cinnamon to a boil in a saucepan.

Drain the rice and add it to the boiling water, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until soft. Stir constantly to prevent sticking.

Add the milks and cook over medium-low heat for 30 more minutes.

Serve in a glass, add 2 to 3 orange wedges, some chopped mango, and sprinkle with shredded coconut and cinnamon.
