Instructions

In a pan, lightly fry the bacon, add the onion and garlic, cook until tender. Add the La Huerta spinach and season with salt and pepper.

Add the cream and cook for 4 minutes, add the chopped rosemary, cook for 3 more minutes, reserve.

Fill the chicken breasts with a slice of mozzarella cheese and dehydrated tomatoes, form a roll and hold with the help of a toothpick, season with salt and pepper.

Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side with olive oil. Once well cooked we will serve them on a plate and we will bathe them with the Spinach sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
