Instructions

Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until perfectly combined.

Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin, cut 13 cm diameter circles.

Fill with the mango mixture, close forming the empanada, and brush the outside with the beaten egg.

Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow to cool for 20 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
