Instructions

In a medium heat skillet, sauté the garlic in butter, add the tomato, and cook until it starts releasing its juice.

Add the shrimp and Fajita Mix, cook for 4 minutes until thawed.

Season with lemon juice and shrimp bouillon, cook for another 4 minutes, and add the cilantro. Set aside.

Add cheese and some shrimp mixture to each tortilla, transfer the tacos to a griddle or grill, and cook until the cheese melts.
