Instructions

Cut the meats into small cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the meat until golden. Set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the rice, white wine, and wait for it to evaporate almost completely. Pour in the fish broth and saffron, add the meats and Cosecha Fresca, season and mix.

Reduce heat to medium-low.

Cook until the rice is done. Add more broth if necessary.
