Instructions

Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 50 minutes.

Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them in half and use a spoon to remove the pulp and set aside.

In a hot skillet, cook the bacon, add the potato pulp and mash a little, add the butter and La Huerta Fresh Harvest, the grated cheese, and a pinch of paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.

Fill the potatoes with this mixture. Serve with cream and bacon as a garnish.
