Stuffed Chilies with Sirloin

In a skillet, heat the olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion, add the tomato, and cook for 3 minutes until it starts to release its juices.

Add the sirloin, corn kernels, mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper; cook for 6 more minutes until the meat is well cooked. Set aside.

Stuff La Huerta Stuffed Chilies with this mixture, top with grated asadero cheese, and place in a baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
