Vegetable and Chorizo Soup with Chipotle

Instructions

In a casserole fry chorizo until lightly golden. Add garlic and onion and sautéed. Mix in La Huerta Spring Blend, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 min.

Add chicken broth, chipotle chili sauce, shredded chicken and coriander. Keep the soup over medium heat until boiling. Check seasoning.
